Solid metallic ring joint gaskets (RTJ) in oval and octagonal cross-sections to ASME B16.20 for ring type joint (RTJ) flanges in ASME Class 150 to 2500 and API 6A / 6B / 6BX. Precision-machined from solid bar stock (CS, SS 304/316, Duplex, Monel, Inconel, and soft iron/low-carbon steel) to R, RX, and BX ring groove profiles. Essential sealing component for high-pressure steam turbine flanges (Class 600, 900, 1500), high-pressure valve bonnet joints, wellhead equipment, and any application where raised face gaskets are inadequate due to pressure or temperature.
Primary Industrial Application
High-pressure and high-temperature flanged joints where spiral wound or sheet gaskets are insufficient: HP steam turbine casing flanges (Class 600 and above), high-pressure bypass valves, main steam stop valve bonnets, boiler drum nozzles, and all API 6B / 6BX wellhead and pipeline flanges. RTJ flanges are mandatory on Class 900, 1500, and 2500 piping in many process plant designs. Application: Pump and compressor suction/discharge connections, valve maintenance points, water treatment systems, and industrial piping requiring regular equipment removal and reinstallation.
Compression gland packing in graphite, PTFE, and PTFE-graphite braided constructions for valve stem sealing, pump gland boxes, and rotating shaft seals. Supplied as cut rings or coiled rope in square cross-sections from 3 mm to 50 mm. Pure flexible graphite packing for high-temperature steam valve stems; PTFE packing for chemical and corrosive service; PTFE-graphite hybrid (graphitized PTFE) for combined chemical resistance and thermal conductivity across both rotating and reciprocating applications. Spring-loaded safety relief valves (SRV/PSV) for overpressure protection of steam boilers, pressure vessels, steam headers, heat exchangers, and process piping. Supplied to API 526 (flanged steel SRVs for process plant), ASME Section I (power boiler safety valves, snap-action), and ASME Section VIII (pressure vessel relief valves).
