Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 June 2026
This page is available in English only. Return to the rest of the site in your language.
Scope
These terms cover your use of this website and any enquiry, RFQ, or download request you submit through it. They do not, by themselves, constitute a commercial contract for the supply of goods or services — that is governed separately by the written quotation, purchase order, or work order agreed for each job.
Indicative information only
Prices, lead times, and specifications shown on this site are indicative and based on typical market ranges and past project data. They are not binding quotations. A firm price, lead time, and scope are confirmed only in a written quotation issued for your specific requirement after technical review.
OEM references & trademarks
Brand and OEM names referenced on this site (e.g. Triveni, Siemens, BHEL, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners, used solely to describe compatibility of the parts and services we supply. Keshav Enterprises is an independent supplier and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or sponsored by these companies.
Site content & downloads
Catalogues, datasheets, and other downloadable material on this site are provided for evaluation purposes and remain the property of Keshav Enterprises unless otherwise stated. Please don't redistribute them commercially without asking us first — we're generally happy to say yes for legitimate procurement use.
No warranty on website content
We make reasonable efforts to keep this site accurate and current, but technical content (tolerances, materials, compatibility) should always be confirmed with our engineering team before you rely on it for a purchasing or maintenance decision. Warranty terms for actual goods and services supplied are set out in the relevant quotation or work order, not on this website.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Keshav Enterprises is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website itself (as distinct from goods or services formally supplied under a written order, which are governed by that order's own terms).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Shamli / Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction, without prejudice to any other rights you may have under applicable consumer or export-trade regulations.
