Steam Turbine Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) & PRDS

Pressure Reducing Valves (PRV) and combined Pressure Reducing & Desuperheating Stations (PRDS) for steam conditioning from boiler header pressure to turbine auxiliary and process supply pressures. PRV reduces high upstream steam pressure to a stable, controlled downstream pressure. PRDS combines a Pressure Control Valve (PCV) with an atomising desuperheater and Temperature Control Valve (TCV) to simultaneously reduce both pressure and temperature of superheated steam to the required process conditions. Supplied as split PRDS (separate PRV and desuperheater) or combined compact PRDS unit.
