Washable and reusable aluminium or stainless steel metallic mesh pre-filters for HVAC air handling units, split air conditioning systems, industrial ventilation, and fan coil units. Multi-layer corrugated metal mesh captures large airborne particles, fibres, lint, insects, and coarse dust before they reach downstream fine filter stages, protecting bag filters, pleated panels, and cooling coils from premature loading. The robust all-metal construction allows unlimited wash-and-reuse cycles, delivering a low lifetime cost versus disposable media filters.
