Differential pressure (DP) switches and temperature switches for condition monitoring of turbine lube oil filter housings, duplex filter changeover panels, heat exchangers, and process pipelines. DP switches signal filter element blockage by detecting the rising pressure differential across a clogged element: enabling planned maintenance before element bypass occurs and unfiltered oil reaches turbine bearings. Temperature switches provide high/low alarm and trip outputs for lube oil temperature, bearing metal temperature, and process stream temperature monitoring.

Primary Industrial Application

Direct fit or retrofit on existing Keshav Enterprises duplex filter housings (prod_f1, prod_f2 series) and simplex basket strainers: wired to plant DCS, PLC, or local alarm panel for filter condition monitoring. Also used on third-party filter housings, heat exchanger inlet/outlet temperature monitoring, turbine lube oil cooler outlet temperature control, and steam turbine bearing temperature alarm/trip circuits. DP switch output triggers filter changeover alarm (duplex) or maintenance alarm (simplex/basket) before bypass valve lifts and unfiltered oil circulates to bearings.
