Replacement and custom-fabricated basket strainer elements for simplex and duplex basket strainer housings. Constructed from SS 304/316 perforated plate with optional wire mesh overlay, wedge wire, or all-welded wire mesh construction. Supplied as exact OEM interchangeable replacements or dimensionally matched to any existing housing: including Eaton, Parker, HYDAC, and fabricated units. Mesh / perforation sizes from 37 µm to 6 mm cover light-debris screening through fine-particle retention.
Direct replacement elements for installed simplex and duplex basket strainer housings across turbine lube oil systems, governor and control oil circuits, process pipelines, fuel oil systems, cooling water lines, and chemical process streams. Supplied to match existing housing ID, element height, and top plate configuration: specify housing make, size, and current mesh for exact interchange. Compatible with Keshav Enterprises-supplied simplex basket strainers (prod_st1) and duplex basket strainers (prod_st2), as well as OEM and third-party housings.
