SS/Alloy Axial Expansion Joint (DN15–DN12,000)

Application: High-pressure steam exhaust systems, chemical process pipes, heat exchanger connections, and piping requiring thermal movement compensation. Best choice for high-cycle fatigue duty, exotic materials, pressures above 16 bar, or where PED/AD2000 certification is required. For standard steam and water pipelines at moderate pressure, the axial expansion joint (prod_e1b) is more cost-effective.

Application: Pumps, chillers, cooling towers, heavy fluid systems requiring greater movement than single arch allows.

Application: HVAC systems, water piping, light industrial fluid lines, pump discharge and suction connections. Standard first choice for most rubber expansion joint applications: choose the wide arch variant (prod_e3b) only when large movement capacity or high-vibration/shock isolation is specifically required.
