OEM-matched lube oil filter elements for the complete range of Triveni steam turbines: from small 4 GPM packaged units to large 140 GPM power station turbines. Nine standard flow-rated sizes cover every Triveni model including the FR-series and TST-series. Supplied in glass fiber, SS wire mesh (reusable), and polyester media. Duplex housing arrangement enables element change without turbine shutdown.

Primary Industrial Application

Primary lube oil filtration in Triveni steam turbines across power generation, sugar mills, steel plants, paper mills, cement plants, petrochemical refineries, and agro-industrial co-generation. Compatible with Triveni turbine models FR13, FR13B, FR2, FR2B, FR14A, FR14M, FR14M3HB, FR2S, TST-1030, TST-1030-M, TST-1030-MB, TST-1030-SBM, TST-1060-EB, TST-1060-SB and all other Triveni variants.

Microglass deep media with IS27 anti-static specification protects lube oil systems (bearings, journal pads, and gear meshes) from particle contamination. Stainless steel wire mesh filter elements with single or multi-layer pleated construction. CEP (Centrifugal End-Plug) design seats securely under centrifugal force in rotating filter housings, preventing bypass. Surface filtration principle; cleanable and reusable. Ideal for high-temperature applications where depth-media elements would be damaged by thermal shock or solvent cleaning.

Application: High-temperature fluid and gas filtration in steam turbine lube oil systems (Triveni, BHEL, HTC), hydraulic and lubrication systems, centrifugal filter housings, and industrial applications where cleanable, reusable elements are preferred over disposable media. Suitable for turbine oil circuits where contaminated oil must be cleaned and reused rather than replaced.
